Tracking your order

You can check your order status anytime or get your tracking information

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Under Your Account Details select "View Order Status"
  3. Select "View Order Details" on the order you are inquiring about
  4. Scroll down to view your tracking number
  5. Go to USPS.com and paste your tracking number

If you need to exchange chain or charm, please fill out RMA form. 

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Under Your Account Details select "Completed Orders"
  3. Select "Return Items" on the order you are wanting to make an exchange
  4. Fill out requested information
  5. We will contact you about your request

Problem with your order?
